At Maple Ridge Syrup we tap our trees in late February and begin boiling the sap as soon as the weather warms up enough to let it run. We are fully stocked with a wide selection of syrup in various sizes and bottles during the syrup season beginning in March. Throughout the rest of the year we have syrup for sale in limited quantities so feel free to phone ahead to check our stock levels.
